Wanting to publish a book? Meet with Rick Just to learn how to self-publish your manuscript. Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 1:00-2:00pm in Multipurpose Room A. Rick Just is a native Idahoan who grew up on a ranch along the Blackfoot River. A former Marine, broadcaster, and 30-year employee of the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation. Writes fiction and non-fiction. Teen books: Wizardís Trilogy, and Ghost Writer and Adult novels: Keeping Private Idaho and Anjel; plus Several books on Idaho history, including a history of Idahoís state parks. Last May his Kidís Guide to Boise was published. Currently working on a biography of Farris Lind. Rick publishes a daily history blog called Speaking of Idaho and writes a regular history column for the Idaho Press. He serves as director of Writers at Harriman, a summer writing camp for gifted high school students. For additional information on this program, and other library programs, contact 468-4474.
